Studio Safety Procedures:

To ensure your safety and well-being, Rose Gold Body Piercing adheres to comprehensive safety measures for each of our clients.

Here's what we're doing to maintain a clean and secure environment for you:

  • Appointment Only Service: All our services, including jewellery browsing and shopping, are available by appointment. This ensures personalized service and minimal wait times. Walk-ins may or may not be accommodated dependant on the nature of the inquiry, timing and existing appointments . Book your appointment here.

  • Limited Attendance Policy: Support persons are welcome to attend appointments, but to maintain a focused and safe environment, we kindly request that you limit this to one person. Minors receiving services must have a parent or legal guardian present for the duration of the appointment. Please refrain from bringing extra children who may need care/supervision.

  • Please leave all food and beverages outside the studio.

  • Safety Measures & PPE: Our staff utilizes masks and personal protective equipment (PPE) during each appointment, as appropriate and necessary. Staff will always utilize disposable barriers for work surfaces, client areas, drape sheets and dental bibs, sterile water, proper skin prep and aftercare.

  • Cleaning Protocols: We utilize strict cleaning routines, with a focus on high-traffic areas such as door handles, debit machines, and reception areas. Surfaces are thoroughly disinfected before and after every client using commercial-grade products.

  • HEPA Air Filtration: Our studio is equipped with HEPA air filtration systems, capturing up to 99.99% of airborne particles and featuring UV-C lamps for added germ protection.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit, debit, email money transfer and cash. Amex and cheques are not accepted.

  • Ongoing Education and Training: Our staff undergo regular training in blood-borne pathogens and infectious disease control. We stay updated with the latest guidelines from reputable sources such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and local regulatory bodies like Alberta Alliance for Safe Body Art (AASBA). We are proud, long-standing members of the Association of Professional Body Piercers (APP).
